Delete your WordLope account

You can permanently delete your account from the Profile screen in the WordLope app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a request by email.

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@wordlope.com with the subject WordLope account deletion request. Include your in-game handle and any account details needed to locate the account. Do not send passwords, purchase tokens, or full payment details.

What is deleted

• Guest and social sign-in identifiers, email and profile details.
• Game progress, scores, quests, virtual inventory, market history and advertising rewards.
• Local session and guest-device credentials when deletion is completed in the app.

What may be retained

Purchase and security audit records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations, or dispute handling. Retained records are unlinked from the deleted WordLope identity and are not used to restore gameplay.

Processing

We may ask you to verify ownership before processing an email request. We will confirm receipt and complete valid requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal requirements.
